These terms govern your use of FuturyneAI's website, products, and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products and services

FuturyneAI offers a suite of SaaS products (currently in development), custom AI automations, websites, apps, and enterprise-scale development services. Availability, pricing, and scope for any specific product or engagement are confirmed directly with you before work begins.

2. Idea submission program

If you submit an idea through our "Pitch an Idea" program, submitting an idea does not by itself create any agreement, obligation, or ownership arrangement. A separate written agreement is required before any development work begins, covering equity, IP, and responsibilities for that specific product.

3. Payment and engagements

Custom and enterprise engagements are scoped and priced individually. Payment terms are set out in the agreement for that engagement, not on this page.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FuturyneAI retains ownership of its own products, code, and branding. Client-commissioned work is governed by the terms of that specific engagement.

5. Limitation of liability

FuturyneAI provides its services on an "as available" basis. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products and services evolve. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
